Responsibilities include managing client interactions, analyzing customer feedback, segmenting markets, overseeing CRM projects, and aligning strategies with the company's sales and marketing goals. The role requires strategic thinking and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

• Experience or a strong understanding of sales and customer relationship management

• Project management skills to oversee the end-to-end implementation of CRM initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in a CRM or similar customer-focused role
