Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager role based in India. The CRM Manager will oversee customer relationships by designing and implementing effective strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, managing sales initiatives, developing market segmentation strategies, collaborating with teams to manage projects, and maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery.

  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
