Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, implementing strategies to boost customer retention, analyzing customer feedback, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to meet business goals. The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills to enhance customer satisfaction and drive loyalty.
