Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and strategizing customer retention initiatives. You will also be responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and supporting the sales team to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Effective communication and active engagement with clients will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and identify actionable insights
  • Experience in Customer Retention and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
  • Excellent Communication skills to manage and develop customer relationships
  • Knowledge of Sales processes and ability to collaborate with sales teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and tools is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in customer relationship management or similar roles is preferred
