Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghaziabad, UP, India, for a Customer Relationship Management Executive. Responsibilities will include managing customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities, coordinating with sales and operational teams to implement strategies, and driving customer-centric initiatives aligned with the company's goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Retention and Customer Experience skills to foster long-term relationships and deliver outstanding service.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for interpreting customer data and identifying trends.
  • Sales expertise to identify opportunities and support revenue growth.
  • Ability to think strategically, multitask, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
