Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive based in Chennai. The role involves engaging with customers to deliver exceptional service, managing and nurturing business relationships, addressing client needs and inquiries, and driving customer satisfaction initiatives. The Customer Relationship Executive acts as a primary point of contact, ensuring enhanced customer experience and promoting the company's brand values.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively address client needs and resolve issues
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first approach
- Relevant experience in a customer-facing or relationship management role
- Graduation in any discipline; a postgraduate degree in Management or a relevant field is a plus
- Familiarity with the financial services sector is advantageous
