Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive at Landmark Group, based in Sihnuta. The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns effectively, and driving exceptional service levels. The Customer Relationship Executive will also contribute to fostering long-term client partnerships for business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
  • Excellent Communication skills and ability to effectively interact with diverse customers
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • A positive and customer-oriented attitude
  • Prior experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems
