Key Responsibilities:

Tour Coordination:

  • Ensure tours are well organized and hassle-free by managing schedules, logistics, and guest requirements.

Customer Query Handling:

  • Attend to and resolve queries received from multiple sales and communication channels promptly and effectively.

Guest Assistance:

  • Support guests during tours, address concerns, and provide assistance to enhance overall experience.

Administrative & Budget Support:

  • Handle administrative tasks including basic financial management, budgeting, and expense tracking.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service at all touchpoints.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work efficiently both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Flexibility & Initiative:

  • Show high levels of motivation, adaptability, and initiative in managing tour-related responsibilities.
