Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls with leads and existing customers
  • Communicate clearly in Telugu (mandatory) and basic English/Hindi
  • Explain iDigitalPreneur's courses, programs, and services to leads
  • Update and manage customer data in CRM tools (Zoho/Excel)
  • Follow up with interested leads and support the sales process
  • Resolve customer queries in a polite and professional manner
  • Coordinate with sales and internal teams for smooth operations

Required Skills:

  • Fluency in Telugu is mandatory
  • Basic English/Hindi communication
  • Good calling, listening, and follow-up skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced EdTech environment

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Experience in CRM / Tele calling / Customer Support
  • Knowledge of Zoho CRM
  • EdTech or sales support background
