Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with minimum 1 year of experience and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and follow-ups professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Collect customer feedback and work on improving customer experience

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling or a similar role
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
