Roles And Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely responses and delivering exceptional support for their studio management needs.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive strong retention, engagement, and advocacy for Huemn's platform and services.
- Assist clients with onboarding, product demonstrations, and training to maximize the value of our studio management technology.
- Monitor and resolve client issues or concerns, escalating complex cases as needed to ensure client satisfaction and prompt resolution.
- Actively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities that align with clients evolving needs, contributing to revenue generation.
- Gather and relay client feedback to internal teams, supporting ongoing product improvements and enhancing the customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and support teams to deliver consistent and cohesive service for every client interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, issues, and feedback within CRM tools and internal systems.
