Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers via calls, chats, and emails.
  • Query & Complaint Handling: Share customer leads, complaints, queries, and grievances with the relevant divisional teams and follow up to ensure closure.
  • Appointment Coordination: Make prior calls to reconfirm appointments and ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Front Desk Assistance: Greet customers arriving at the reception area and introduce them to the respective service advisors if they are busy.
  • Follow-up & Coordination: Ensure timely follow-up on customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
