Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Bengaluru North. The Customer Relationship Executive will foster and maintain positive client relationships, address customer inquiries, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves managing business relationships, assisting with services, and working closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and improve client experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to effectively address and resolve client needs.
• Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations to build and maintain strong connections with customers.
• Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth customer interaction and satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or client success role is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field preferred.
