Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven professional to support the Business Development team in managing existing clients, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining vendor relationships. The candidate will play a key role in customer follow-ups, renewals, and business expansion activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up regularly with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle daily renewal follow-ups, including upselling add-on products and generating repeat business
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and new sales within the existing client base
- Maintain and update a database of vendors and business partners
- Coordinate with internal teams and BDEs for smooth execution of sales activities
- Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking
- Assist in converting leads into clients by understanding their requirements
- Track and report daily activities, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding services, renewals, and offerings
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of IT services/products (preferred)
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to maintain records and databases efficiently
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field (Business/IT preferred)
- Prior experience in sales, customer support, or IT company is an added advantage
