Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: 0–1 Year

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven professional to support the Business Development team in managing existing clients, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining vendor relationships. The candidate will play a key role in customer follow-ups, renewals, and business expansion activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up regularly with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle daily renewal follow-ups, including upselling add-on products and generating repeat business
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and new sales within the existing client base
  • Maintain and update a database of vendors and business partners
  • Coordinate with internal teams and BDEs for smooth execution of sales activities
  • Generate new business leads through calls, emails, and networking
  • Assist in converting leads into clients by understanding their requirements
  • Track and report daily activities, follow-ups, and sales progress
  • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding services, renewals, and offerings

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of IT services/products (preferred)
  • Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
  • Ability to maintain records and databases efficiently
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any field (Business/IT preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales, customer support, or IT company is an added advantage
