What You'll Own

Marketing & Growth

  • Leadsocial media strategyaligned with brand voice and growth goals
  • Manage and ensureexecution via social media agencies
  • Build and maintain aconsistent, high-performing content calendar
  • Create and optimizeemail flows & campaigns(retention + conversion)
  • Handlecustomer communicationacross platforms with speed and empathy

Business Development (On-Ground)

  • Visithospitals, clinics, and doctorsto introduce Womaara products
  • Clearlyeducate healthcare professionalson product benefits and science
  • Build and maintaindoctor relationships and partnerships
  • Driveproduct adoption and sales through medical channels

Who You Are
  • Strong understanding ofmarketing + sales interplay
  • Confident inbusiness interactions and on-ground pitching
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable withCanva, ad platforms, and email tools
  • Highly organized, proactive, and outcome-driven
