Role Summary

Handle all after sales customer communication including receipts, welcome letters, payment mails and engagement messages. Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Send receipts, welcome letters and confirmation emails

Share payment reminders and follow up mails

Send birthday and festive mails to customers

Maintain customer data and CRM records

Coordinate with sales and accounts teams

Design basic email creatives using Canva

Skills Required

Graduate with 1 to 2 years CRM or coordination experience

Strong email drafting and communication skills

Good hands on Canva and CRM tools

Detail oriented and customer focused
