Job Title: Government Contractor Relationship Executive (Calling)

Job Location: HO, Delhi

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description (JD)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to handle government contractor

prospects through direct calling. The individual will be responsible for initiating and maintaining

communication with government contractors, identifying business opportunities, sharing company

offerings, and driving engagement for potential collaboration.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Identify and collect data of government contractors through various channels.

Call and qualify potential leads.

Conduct cold calls to introduce company products/services.

Regular follow-up with interested prospects.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with contractors.

Act as a point of contact for queries and information.

Understand contractor requirements, upcoming projects, and procurement needs.

Capture relevant insights on tender and bidding patterns.

Coordinate with sales and technical teams for proposal submissions.

Provide feedback and updates gathered from contractors.

Maintain records of calls, feedback, and follow-up schedules in CRM or Excel.

Share daily/weekly reports with the management.

Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferably in business or communications).
  • 12 years of experience in telecalling, sales support, or business development (government sector experience is a plus).
  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and lead follow-ups.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or Excel-based lead tracking.
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and target-driven.
