Job Title: Customer Relationship Associate

Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Customer Relationship Associate to manage client communications, ensure smooth order coordination, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, sales, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery updates
- Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience from order placement to delivery
- Follow up with customers for payments and pending orders
- Maintain and update customer records and transaction details
- Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Generate reports using MS Excel for tracking orders, payments, and client interactions
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service / client handling / CRM roles
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Customer-first mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or home furnishing industry
- Working knowledge of Tally or basic accounting follow-ups
- Experience handling order coordination and logistics
