Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Associate

Location: Borivali, Mumbai

Experience: 1–3 Years

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate to manage client communications, ensure smooth order coordination, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, sales, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery updates
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end customer experience from order placement to delivery
  • Follow up with customers for payments and pending orders
  • Maintain and update customer records and transaction details
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
  • Generate reports using MS Excel for tracking orders, payments, and client interactions

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service / client handling / CRM roles
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-first mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or home furnishing industry
  • Working knowledge of Tally or basic accounting follow-ups
  • Experience handling order coordination and logistics
