Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Customer Relations Manager, located in Mumbai. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our services. The role involves creating and implementing customer engagement strategies, resolving issues efficiently, providing support to schools and parents, and gathering valuable feedback to improve customer experience.

  • interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in customer relationship management, customer support, and addressing client concerns.
  • Familiarity with education technology or related industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong partnerships with schools, parents, and internal teams.
  • Knows how to use Whatsapp Business.
