Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Customer Relations Manager located in Mumbai. The role involves managing and nurturing relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and addressing customer queries and grievances effectively. The Senior Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction, facilitating smooth onboarding processes, collaborating with internal teams, and analyzing customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in services.

Qualifications

  • Customer relationship management and client servicing experience
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of financial products, especially trade finance, is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset and ability to derive insights from customer feedback
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in the financial services or banking industry is an advantage
