Hiring: Customer Care & Backend Manager

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care & Backend Manager to join our team in Nagpur. This role is a mix of customer experience, backend operations, and inventory management — perfect for someone who enjoys both people interaction and data handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to customer queries across channels (WhatsApp, email, Instagram, etc.)
  • Ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience end-to-end
  • Handle backend operations including order processing, returns, and exchanges
  • Maintain and manage inventory/stock efficiently
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams
  • Work extensively on Google Sheets / Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Identify gaps in processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data hygiene
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Good working knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows
  • Experience with Shopify is a plus
  • Prior experience in customer service / operations is preferred
