Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues politely and efficiently
- Provide accurate information about jewellery products, offers, and services
- Follow up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain customer records and feedback
- Support sales team in achieving showroom targets
Requirements
- Any degree or higher secondary qualification
- Prior experience in customer service or jewellery showroom preferred
- Good communication skills in Malayalam; English is an advantage
- Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic computer knowledge
