About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and communicative Customer Engagement Intern who will connect with our existing and past customers to strengthen relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and drive subscription renewals.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to existing and past customers
- Encourage customers to renew their health subscription plans
- Follow up with customers to understand whether they have used our consultation services
- Collect customer feedback regarding services and overall experience
- Understand and document reasons for plan cancellations or non-renewals
- Maintain proper records of all customer interactions and feedback
- Share insights with the team to help improve customer experience and retention strategies
Requirements:- Strong communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Good listening and convincing ability
- Comfortable with making daily outbound calls
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for data entry
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in calling, tele-sales, or customer support (preferred but not mandatory)
- Interest in healthcare or wellness industry
