XAP Edubots Technologies Pvt Ltd is a rapidly growing Ed-Tech company headquartered in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The company has carved out a significant niche in the education sector by focusing on experiential learning—specifically through Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and comprehensive STEM-based programs.

Role Overview

As the HR Executive, you will be the driving force behind our talent acquisition and daily HR operations. You will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from scouting top talent to ensuring a positive, productive, and compliant workplace culture.

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our office in Sethi Colony (Near Raja Park), Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Draft and publish compelling job descriptions across various job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and close open positions within set timelines.

2. HR Operations & Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll processing support.
  • Maintain and update employee records digitally and physically, ensuring strict confidentiality.
  • Prepare and issue HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and relieving letters.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and workplace celebrations to foster a positive company culture.

4. Policy Implementation

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Stay updated on local labour laws and ensure company compliance.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Generalist, or Recruiter.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Core Skills:

-Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Attributes: Highly organized, empathetic, problem-solving mindset, and comfortable working in a fast-paced Ed-Tech startup environment.
