Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle inbound calls, assist customers with their queries, and provide a smooth support experience. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inbound calling and a good command of the English language.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer calls and enquiry professionally and efficiently
  • Understand customer issues and provide accurate information or solutions
  • Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when required
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
  • Follow company processes and quality standards
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams when needed

Required Skills

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support role
  • Multilingual ability is a plus
