Job Description

The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, providing customer support, and performing upselling activities in a domestic process while maintaining service quality and performance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls for service-related assistance
  • Support customers with queries and service requests as per process guidelines
  • Perform upselling activities during customer interactions to drive additional revenue
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
  • Meet assigned performance targets and quality benchmarks
  • Follow company policies and shift schedules effectively

Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Odia (Oriya) is mandatory
  • Undergraduate candidates and freshers can apply
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts with a 6-day working schedule

Preferred Candidate Profile
