Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Customer Care Executive to support our music distribution operations. The role involves working closely with artists, responding to queries via email or phone, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely release of music on platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with artists to assist with onboarding, distribution queries, and release timelines
  • Respond promptly to artist emails and provide accurate information
  • Coordinate with internal operations and content teams to ensure music is published on time
  • Troubleshoot distribution issues and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain a high level of service quality and artist satisfaction
