Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Customer Care Executive at Insono Hearing Solutions Private Limited. The role involves delivering excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving customer issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include maintaining professional communication, supporting the sales team, and assisting with client follow-ups to foster strong client relationships.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Strong Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • Sales skills to assist in promoting and explaining products or services to customers as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a customer-focused approach and build positive relationships.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
