Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and resolve issues.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service provided.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (verbal and written).

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
