Job Description
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for inbound customer support roles. The job involves handling customer queries through calls and emails, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries.
Provide appropriate solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system.
Escalate complex issues to the concerned team when required.
Follow company policies and quality standards while handling customers.
Eligibility Criteria
HSC or Graduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Some roles may require 6 months to 1 year of customer service/BPO experience.
Excellent English Communication Skills Required.
Additional regional language skills (Kannada, Telugu, Bengali) may be preferred for some roles.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Shift Details
Day shift / rotational shift depending on the role.
56 days working with weekly off.
Salary Range
Freshers: 14,000-17,000 in hand
Experienced candidates: 18,000-24,000 in hand (depending on experience and last drawn salary)
