Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sanganer for a Customer Care Executive. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer queries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role also involves effective communication with clients and assisting in upselling or promoting company products and services, as well as maintaining accurate records of customer interactions for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills for both verbal and written interactions
- Proficiency in Sales and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage
- Proficiency in managing customer relationship tools or CRM software is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a bonus
