Customer Care Executive - Automobile Showroom (Ahmedabad, Bopal)
We are hiring a Customer Care Executive for our automobile showroom located in Ahmedabad (Bopal).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls efficiently and professionally.
- Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
- Book test drives and service appointments as requested by customers.
- Maintain proper follow-ups with all customers regarding their inquiries and appointments.
- Update daily call records and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
