Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Care Executives (Freshers) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn while delivering excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company policies and service standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Any graduate or undergraduate can apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email, Internet)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required)
Preferred Skills:
- Customer service or call center exposure (not mandatory)
