Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Customer Care Executive. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring exceptional service delivery, resolving issues promptly, and fostering strong customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contributing to meeting organizational sales and service targets.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic Sales knowledge and ability to assist in driving customer engagement
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Experience in the healthcare or diagnostics industry is a plus
