Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive based in South Delhi. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing customer concerns promptly, maintaining records of interactions, and assisting in sales-related queries to provide a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers
  • Basic understanding and application of Sales techniques
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
  • Experience in healthcare or wellness industries is an added advantage
