Job Overview:

We are hiring Customer Engagement Specialists to manage inbound customer interactions professionally. The role involves addressing customer concerns, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Experience in customer service, Tele sales, or BPO is a plus.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
