Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Experience in customer service, Tele sales, or BPO is a plus.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
