Huemn is seeking a motivated Customer Care Executive for our Hyderabad office. This full-time, entry-level role is ideal for freshers with 0-1 years of work experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our studio management platform.|

Qualifications And Skills

  • Customer Service (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to provide timely and accurate customer support to diverse clients across different channels.
  • Active Listening (Mandatory skill): Consistently attentive to customer needs and details, ensuring thorough understanding and effective issue resolution.
  • Data Entry (Mandatory skill): High accuracy in inputting customer information and updating databases for seamless service processing.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, enabling clear interaction with customers and internal teams.
  • Call Handling: Comfort and proficiency managing inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Conflict Resolution: Ability to mediate and resolve customer complaints or escalations efficiently and empathetically.
  • Ticketing Systems: Familiarity with using support ticketing platforms to log and track customer issues from initiation through resolution.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about Huemn's products and services.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues using effective listening and problem-solving skills to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Document all interactions and update customer information systematically in relevant databases and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unresolved queries and follow up until successful closure.
  • Guide customers through processes such as order placement, payment collections, and onboarding with the Huemn platform.
  • Educate potential and existing clients about the features and benefits of our studio management tools to drive engagement.
  • Monitor customer feedback and share insights with product teams to contribute to ongoing service and platform enhancements.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold Huemn's standards of customer care in every client interaction.
