This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide support, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional service experiences. The role involves addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining records of customer interactions, and contributing to the growth of customer relationships.

• Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication abilities, including verbal and written communication
• Sales skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Experience in the BPO or related industry is a plus
