Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive located in Jaipur. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with customers, providing insights to the sales team, maintaining records of customer interactions, and upholding high standards of customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Sales and the ability to effectively engage customers to meet their needs
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to handle customer inquiries efficiently
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is advantageous
