Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur as a Customer Care Executive for the International Process. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer queries, provide exceptional customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and effectively communicate to resolve issues. Daily tasks include addressing customer concerns, delivering excellent service, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and working closely with teams to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Proficient Communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of Sales to assist in customer interactions and upselling
- Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts if required
- Experience in international processes is advantageous but not mandatory
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a relevant field preferred
