Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Customer Care Executive role based in Gurugram. The Customer Care Executive will handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from customers, addressing inquiries about products, orders, deliveries, and service issues. The role includes resolving complaints, tracking orders, and coordinating with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and sales to ensure timely and accurate responses. The Customer Care Executive will maintain detailed records of interactions, follow up on open issues, and proactively communicate updates to customers. The position also involves gathering customer feedback, suggesting service improvements, and supporting basic sales activities such as explaining promotions, upselling relevant products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
