Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Care Executive. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction. The role involves clear communication with customers, assisting with product or service inquiries, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. The Customer Care Executive serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members
- Basic understanding of Sales principles with the ability to identify upselling opportunities
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
- Prior experience in a customer-centric role is an advantage

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
