- Provide accurate information regarding Herbalife products and services.
- Resolve customer queries and issues within defined timelines.
Documentation & CRM Management
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Customer Satisfaction
- Communicate clearly in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
