Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email inquiries related to share market transactions.
- Provide detailed information to clients about share market processes, including buying and selling of stocks.
- Assist clients with account-related queries, delivering timely and accurate responses.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.
Transaction Execution & Record-Keeping
- Ensure accurate and efficient execution of client requests related to stock trading, account management, and other share market processes.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Collaboration & Issue Resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns effectively and promptly.
Market Awareness & Advisory Support
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, changes in regulations, and financial concepts to provide informed guidance to clients.
