Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and concerns through non-voice communication channels (chat/email-based support)
  • Ensure effective customer retention by providing timely and accurate responses
  • Maintain professional and clear written communication in English
  • Understand customer issues and coordinate with internal teams when required for resolution
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines during customer interactions
  • Contribute to maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality metrics
  • Participate in training programs and apply learned skills in day-to-day tasks
  • Record and update customer interaction details accurately in the system
