Overview

This role is in the DEEx function for Enterprise Employee Experience Content Management which includes content across the enterprise employee portal.

Responsibilities

  • Create, and manage training for employee facing content on tools, processes, framework and standards in the form of training videos, articles, presentations, FAQs, How Tos for all channels of support and self-serve.
  • craft and deliver employee communications related to project milestones, feature enhancements of the platform, and training updates.
  • Provide employee support through resolution of issues and requests, feedback tasks related to standard offerings as well as project milestones
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams like the technical team to share functional requirements, perform UAT for enhancements and bugs and understand features and tool functionalities to develop end user guides and training modules
  • Document all internal processes followed by the team including governance processes, playbooks and employee guides

Qualifications

  • Graduate with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in training - content creation and delivery, content writing, business / corporate communications or change management. Very good communication skills - written and spoken.
  • Should be proficient in using some email marketing and campaign tools like mail chimp, contact monkey, etc as well as content creation tools like Canva or should have very good PowerPoint presentation creation skills. Desired skills - Project management, stakeholder management.
