Job Description

Talking to the customers and advicing them regarding renewable energy sources .

Transfer call to team leader .

Conduct calls and generate leads for sales representative.

Pitching about the products and services .

Talking to customers over calls and provide relevant support regarding our renewable energy

solutions.

Acting as a point of contact, as needed, for customers support and assistance.

Provide feedback to the internal teams on potential product improvement based on customer

feedback.

Keep accurate records of interactions with customers and transactions in the CRM system.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent communication skills with patience and active listening.

Strong hold on English and grammar.

Problem solving skill and analytical thinking.

Freshers and experienced can apply.

Graduate and post-graduate both can apply.

Strong phone contact handling skills.

Shift Time:7am to 3.30 Pm

Working Days:5.5 Days

For fresher :18k to 30k (Fixed Salary)+Incentives

Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Diploma, Any Graduate, Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com)
