Customer Care Executive

The company envisions establishing a 1,000+ store network across India, creating a strong national presence in the hyperlocal laundry space.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Executive, based in Gurgaon. The Customer Care Executive will handle customer inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The role also involves clear communication with clients and supporting sales processes as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive in addressing customer needs and maintaining strong relationships to ensure a positive user experience.

• Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively assist and resolve customer queries
• Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through proactive engagement and problem-solving
• Excellent Communication skills to provide clear and empathetic support to customers
• Basic understanding of Sales with an ability to assist in customer acquisition and retention
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
