• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify requirements for software development.
• Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Demand Planning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex system requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and best practices in custom software engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently within the demand planning domain.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
